Ilays maintains a broad research network throughout the Horn of Africa region. Our network of researchers are generally multilingual and able to converse in the various, regionally specific Somali and East African dialects. Depending on the duration of contracts and subject matter, Ilays can guarantee access to almost any village in the region.
